When Hydro, a leading aluminum
and renewable energy company,
needed to bolster their modern
manufacturing workforce in North
America, they enlisted Frank to
bring agency Thirty Three’s vision
to life. Frank has shot several talent
acquisition campaigns in the last
few years. While this practice has
been commonplace in tech, Frank
is excited to see blue collar workers
get their day. His work strives to
redefine how traditional
manufacturing work is perceived by
the diverse men and women that do
it. He worked with the Hydro crews
in Phoenix and Southern Michigan
to create these dynamic images.
